HOW TO HELP
Location
Paul Stark counsels out of the counseling offices of Hickory Grove Baptist Church
Appointments will need to enter through Education Bldg 1, then bear right through The Connection Café, turn right and follow the hallway all the way to The Gathering Place. Continue straight across The Gathering Place and down the hallway marked Chapel and Counseling Offices. Enter the last door on the right. The waiting area is the first room on the right. Please be seated and Paul will meet you there. If this is your first appointment, please take the Provision House clipboard and complete one of the Personal History forms. Each person attending the appointment must complete a separate form. The form must be completed without the assistance of any other person. Be sure you select a form with the Provision House name & logo on it.

Counseling Fees
Explanation of fees and options to counselees
The fee for counseling is $65.00 per session. A session lasts approximately 50 minutes. If you cannot personally afford this fee, you have two options:
1. Ask your church if they can help you with the amount you cannot afford.
2. If your church will not help you with the fee, you must then discuss the amount you can afford with Paul Stark at your first appointment.
